Tandoori Roti is whole wheat flatbread baked the traditional way — hand-patted and slapped onto the inner wall of our clay tandoor oven where it cooks rapidly at intense heat, developing beautiful charred spots, a slightly smoky aroma and a wonderfully soft, fluffy interior with a light, crisp outer crust. The tandoor gives this roti a character and depth that no regular pan can replicate. You will taste the subtle earthiness of whole wheat combined with the smokiness of the clay oven in every warm, pillowy bite — it is the perfect vehicle for our rich curries and karahis.
