Keema Naan is a showstopper at Chaman Restaurant, a hand-stretched leavened flatbread stuffed with a filling of finely minced Halal beef cooked with onions, ginger, garlic, green chilies and a fragrant blend of Pakistani spices, then sealed and baked in our clay tandoor until golden and perfectly charred. The bold, savoury keema filling inside a soft, smoky naan makes this a meal in itself, hearty enough to eat on its own or spectacular when paired with a cooling yogurt raita or our signature karahi sauces.
