Plain Naan is the cornerstone of any great Pakistani restaurant meal, a hand-stretched leavened flatbread made from refined flour, baked in our clay tandoor oven until it puffs up with air pockets, develops light char marks and emerges soft, pillowy and slightly chewy with a beautifully glossy surface. Fresh from the tandoor, it is warm, fragrant and irresistible, the ideal companion for scooping up rich karahi sauces, wrapping around juicy kababs or simply tearing and dipping into our slow-cooked curries.
