Garlic Naan is a customer favourite at Chaman Restaurant — a hand-stretched flatbread slathered with a generous spread of minced garlic and fresh butter before being placed in our clay tandoor oven. As it bakes at high heat, the garlic caramelizes slightly, turning sweet and golden with a wonderfully roasted aroma.
The naan itself comes out soft and pillowy with beautifully charred bubbles on the surface and a rich garlic-butter flavour that pairs perfectly with any curry, karahi or kabab on our menu. It is the kind of bread that makes you want to order just one more.
