Keema Naan is a showstopper at Chaman Restaurant — a hand-stretched leavened flatbread stuffed with a filling of finely minced Halal beef cooked with onions, ginger, garlic, green chilies and a fragrant blend of Pakistani spices, then sealed and baked in our clay tandoor until golden and perfectly charred.
