Chicken Seekh Kabab is a barbecue classic made with passion at Chaman Restaurant — finely minced Halal chicken blended with onions, fresh herbs, green chilies, ginger, garlic and a fragrant mix of BBQ spices, then hand-moulded onto skewers and grilled over high heat until beautifully charred on the outside and juicy within.
