Our Desi Shawarma is a Pakistani twist on the street food wrap. Instead of pita, we wrap grilled halal chicken tikka in a fresh tawa roti made to order, then add lettuce, onion, bell peppers, pickled jalapeños, cheddar cheese and a drizzle of garlic mayo.
